To log in to the Timberworld rewards programme you need your email address and your Timberworld account number. Dependant on where your account resides your account number will be pre-faced with WW for Warkworth, BK for Birkdale, ET for East Tamaki, AL for Albany and WH for Waiheke.

For example - if you buy the bulk of your goods from Warkworth your account number will be WW followed by your numeric account number.
