To be eligible for this programme you must have completed a registration form and received approval from Timberworld. You are eligible to receive monthly Rewards Points while your account is in a current balance. Payment of account by any credit card will not attract Reward Points. Points are valid for 24 months from date of issue, are not transferable (to other persons) and have no monetary value. Rewards must be redeemed within two years of their date of issue, which is deemed to be the last day in the month in which the points statement is issued. Monthly statements will be provided to participants. The Timberworld Rewards point value may be revised in the event of exceptional price increase and we reserve the right to increase or decrease the value of reward points at any time without notice. Timberworld and the associated partners will use all reasonable efforts to satisfy the requests for the rewards services and products. Timberworld makes no representations as to any personal or company tax liability of Members as a result of their participation in the Timberworld Rewards programme. Timberworld can cancel points at their sole discretion. All rewards are subject to availability. Due to the availability and /or seasonality of some rewards may not be available due to demand or end of line. All rewards were valid at the time the brochure and programme was launched. Pictures featured may vary in model and /or colour based on supply. All products come with the applicable manufacturers guarantee. Every effort will be made to supply the product or an appropriate replacement. Reward levels are subject to change without prior notice due to price increases by the supplier. Allow a minimum of 10 working days for delivery. The programme is valid until further notice.
